Information we collect
- Email address: only if you choose to subscribe using the signup form.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site.
- Bot protection: the signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser and device signals to confirm a person, not a bot, is submitting the form.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not ask for payment or sensitive information.
How we use it
- To send the newsletter and resources you signed up for.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the site and newsletter, under their own privacy terms:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and bot protection (Turnstile).
- ActiveCampaign: email delivery and subscription management.
- Notion: internal record of subscribers.
- Google Fonts: web fonts, which your browser requests from Google.
Google API services
We use the Google Ads API internally to retrieve aggregate, non-personal keyword statistics (such as average monthly search volume and competition for search terms) for market research. This use does not access, collect or store any Google user's personal data, and no visitor signs in with Google on this site. If that ever changes, our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to unsubscribe.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@webguyleadgeneration.com. We respond within 30 days.
- We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
